The Summerton Whisky Club, 2023

Anna supported a specific Christmas-led seasonal marketing and PR push, to strategically secure up-to-date backlinks, driving our SEO during this key period. Within a difficult market, we wanted to ensure our full bottle subscription and brand name was associated with relevant placements and news features. Anna opened up dialogue for me as a business founder and whisky expert, via interview and editorial-led features. These supported future business promotion, including the 2024 Summerton whisky festival. From the outset, Anna has been a pivotal member of the UK team, providing clear e-commerce, retail and business strategy, through to the execution of digital PR and content, ensuring a consistent SEO and wider market presence. 

Key business attributes included successfully securing our digital agency to manage and drive our e-commerce channels and operations, through to securing premium retail partnerships with UK platforms including Country Living, in partnership with Hearst publications. Anna headed up national award applications with the Great British Food Magazine and the Great Taste Awards. These have attributed to a direct increase in sales for the award winning teas, across all our channels including Amazon.

Anna has directed all our content production across photography and video to date. As a heritage brand - we've been retailing since 1893 and Anna has successfully ensured the celebration of our brand values, whilst staying true to our vibrant history, culture and family legacy. This has resulted in securing hundreds and thousands of views via her videos, partnerships and press placements combined.

Anna provided us with a strategic ecommerce business launch strategy. This included a competitor analysis, a revision of our website (first phase only), the creation of clear marketing collateral and branding, and an official UK PR launch.  

Anna has completed a strategic revision of social media and the implementation of a content strategy to drive engagement, increase followers and to funnel prospective buyers via the trackable app Linktree, to sokopatisserie.co.uk She has successfully completed each phase to date and has in the process secured backlinks, organic SEO, press features and interviews with notable partners including The Sun newspaper, Consomme Magazine, Dishcult, The Review Magazine, Luxuria Lifestyle and LoveFood.com.

With no allocated advertising budget for social media or SEO, Anna has on average increased monthly engagement by over 4000%, and via the implementation of a strategic reels campaign strategy and her own original videos, she has to date secured over 18,000 views.
